Loving God & Loving Others
Learning to Walk in Mercy as we hold to Grace
BTC Study Experience
Introduction
Focus: The focus of this Study is to deepen understanding of what it means to “Walk in Mercy as we hold to Grace,” while aspiring to learn to live by the Two Commandments of Jesus, “To Love God and To Love Others,” as seen in Matthew 22: 37-40 (KJV).
“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
BTC Study Experience Part 1: The “Becoming the Church Study Experience – Part 1” includes five Sections of Study with concluding commentary regarding life-application and integration of the principles covered in the lessons.
Theme: These lessons support understanding of the basic and universal facets of Christian life (regardless of denomination) as well as point to the basis of our Unity via the Holy Spirit of God.
